Keeping an Eye on Crime

There are no official statistics but talk to a group of farmers and they’ll all tell you that security is becoming a major concern. When the price of fuel goes up, petrol theft becomes an issue. Stock disappears regularly and ATVs are a popular target for thieves.

Increasingly farmers and rural contractors are turning to surveillance cameras to conduct their own sting operations and keep their property secure.

Surveillance specialists, Mi5 Security have solved these problems with the new RedEye range of wirefree and wireless surveillance cameras.

“They are New Zealand’s first truly portable and affordable solution to beating crime,” says Mi5 CEO Helen Wattie.
